Valery PetrovValery L. Petrov, Lawyer, Managing Director

1968 Degree from Kiev National University, 1978 Postgraduate training program at the Central Further Education Institute for Patent Law, 1998 Degree from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM). Valery Petrov successfully completed the management courses at the academies of the WIPO and the United States Patent Office.

Valery Petrov started his professional career in the fields of the protection of intellectual property rights in 1975 as a patent examiner at the Soviet Center of Patent Services. Until 1991 he was head of the licensing department of the Institute for Questions of Durability of Materials of the Kiev Academy of Sciences.

From 1991 until 2000 Valery Petrov was chairman of the Ukrainian patent Office, which was established under his leadership.
In 2000 Valery Petrov became a member of the governmental Committee against Infringement of Industrial Property Rights
From 2000 until 2004 he was a member of the Scientific and Scientific-Technical Board of Advisors to the President of Ukraine.
In 2004 Valery Petrov was appointed advisor to the First Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and chairman of the Ukrainian Government's Executive Committee for Innovation Politics.
Since 2008 Valery Petrov has been managing director of Euromarkpat Ukraine.

Graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kiev Polytechnic Institute (KPI)” in 1985 and from the Ukrainian Patent Institute in 1991.

1999 Degree from the Law Institute of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM).
Vladimir Radomsky has dealt professionally with the protection of industrial property rights since 1989. From 1992 until 2000 he worked for the Ukrainian Patent Office.

In 1995 he completed a course at the Institute for Intellectual Property Law of the CEIPI University of Strasbourg, France (Robert Schuman Universite des Sciences Juridiques, Politiques et Sociales).

Since 2001 Vladimir Radomsky has been registered to practise as a patent attorney before the Ukrainian Patent Office. He is also a member of the International Trade Marks Association (INTA).

Vladimir Radomsky joined Euromarkpat Ukraine in 2003. He leads the trademark and designs team. Since 2008 he has been deputy to the managing director in all questions concerning intellectual property law.

Vladimir Radomsky has been sharing his profound expertise in a number of publications on the protection of industrial property rights.

Andrey PetrovAndrey V. PETROV, Patent Attorney, Lawyer

Degrees from the National Pedagogical University, Faculty of Law in 1996 and from the Ukrainian Patent Institute in 1998.

Trainee attorney in several renowned patent firms in Ukraine and abroad. Andrey Petrov completed a course at the Institute for Intellectual Property Law of the CEIPI University of Strasbourg, France (Robert Schuman Universite des Sciences Juridiques, Politiques et Sociales).

Since 1996 Andrey Petrov has been registered to practise as a patent attorney before the Ukrainian Patent Office. He is also a member of the International Trade Marks Association (INTA).
