New manner of writing in Azerbaijan

The president of the Azerbaijan Republic decided that everything now has to be written in Azeri in Latin Script. This concerns the trademarks as well as their use in advertisement, television and local newspapers in Azeri. It is advisable to file trademarks which are not distinctive but have a secondary meaning in Azeri. This concerns national registrations as well as international.
