The German Patent and Trademark Office introduces new fees

a) As of January 1, 2002 the German Patent and Trademark Office introduces new fees. For further information, please contact us. b) For a Period of 3 years opposition against patents are handled by the Federal Patent Court an opposition fee of 200 € has to be paid.
