New Fees in Kyrgyzstan

This is to inform you that by Resolution No. 1 of January 5, 2000, the government of the Kyrgyz Republic has established new fees for patent and trademark procedures.

All changes are directed towards a reduction of fees, especially with respect to filing fees, examination fees, patent maintenance fees and appeal fees.

The most important changes are the following (fees in USD):

Remarks: - physical persons, irrespective of their place of residence, pay 15% of the fees - non-commercial organisations, irrespective of their place of residence, pay 25% of the fees - "small entities" (acc. to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic), irrespective of their place of residence, pay 50% of the fees.
